Current work: metagenomic analysis of water and soil under the influence of Kochi refinery.
To understand the bacterial diversity of the test sites and isolate petrochemical degrading bacteria for bioremediation.

Previous postdoctoral work: worked at IISER Tirupati as a visiting researcher from 2017-2019 on understanding the Mycobacterial dormancy and it's possible resuscitation using peptidoglycan fragments.
